I inevitably got bored, and once I had blocked all the spammer and scammers, i absorbed some tears from a fresh scamming victim whining in local, then noticed a toon speaking in awe about Erotica 1.

I unblocked him to see what all the fuss was about. I read his rules, chatted him a bit.
His game was refreshingly original, and well thought out, so i decided to risk 600m.
If I lost it, he deserved it for having put so much effort into his scheme.
if i won, well thats an easy 1.2b.

I sent the isk, and was promptly invited to a group chat, where like so many banner adds i was greeted with:

"Congratulations!! You're the 100th client, you win a bonus round. 5x payout if you make it to the end."

My initial reaction was to find the X, but went against my better judgement, and decided to play.

I was told I had to give complete trust to this stranger who was probably a scammer.
I had to empty my wallet and LP. I had to contract all my assets. My Special Edition Gifts from CCP, a 30 PLEX i had for a rainy day. Everything.

Complete trust.

I then had to empty my next toon and the next, even turning over their tax dodge corporations.

I even had to strip all my vanity items from my toon. Anything that could be liquidated.

I was then told to repeated undock in my sole posession: my pod, accept a duel, which i would lose, while singing songs on TS3 like "I Kissed a Girl - Katy Perry" "Ring of Fire - Johnny Cash" "Nothing Else Matters - Metallica" "Zombie - Cranberries" "Oops I Did It Again - Brittany Spears" and countless others.

I couldnt even keep my dignity as a shower singer.

I then had to read about St Olga of Kiev, who Erotica 1 has been compared to in the past.
I had to read minerbumping.com, where i got a lump in my throat that James 315, who was so greatly admired by the people who now hold everything i have worked to achieve in 4 years, was an old nemisis i went up against years ago.
I had to read his code, faqs, and about from his page, alloud while recorded on TS3.

I even was reminded about a famous corp theft from my now mothballed alliance from years ago(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVZLsDxemA0).

Now i stand to either lose everything, or gain ~25b worth of assets and isk.

I had a ship that belonged to a friend that died overseas. I didnt want to give it up, so they made me come up with the isk. I dont have friends in eve anymore apparently. I resorted to chribba who agreed to hold it for me till i could pay him back the 200 mil it was worth. Then they hit me with a random "Red Pen" violation worth 30mil because god forbid i attempt to duel James 315. Chribba had understandably hit his limit on scam bleeding. One nice fella who would be a victim tried to raise the 30 mil, but only managed 8. As downtime approached i broke down. I realized the one stable source of fun for the last 4 years had finally come to an end. All of my friends i used to play with either no longer play or died overseas. I no longer have the assets to play on my own. Games over. I lose. I lost everything. The only item i have is my friend Maelstrom that was purchased back by the only person with a soul who knew what was going on. I gave the nice guy his 8 mil back. I put away my friends maelstrom. Im done. Eve is no longer fun for me. Dont play his game.

On behalf of Goonswarm Federation, I offered to get his Maelstrom back from Chribba's pawnshop with my own isk but I was too late. Another anonymous player had already done this for him. I asked him what about of isk would keep him in the game, but he didn't want isk. He just wanted some trinkets CCP has gifted players over the years such as a fireworks launcher or some things like that. Don't know what else to do. Oh well.
